Promoting equality at work is a challenge for trades unions in Wales, as deep-seated inequality persists in Wales yet trade union structures are mainly organised on a UK-basis – this report considers how union structures, policies and actions are addressing the issue in Wales.  Written by Victoria Winckler and Karen Higginbottom, the report concludes that unions must recognise that there is a Welsh as well as UK dimension to equality in the workplace.

The report is available to download in summary (in English or Welsh) and in full.
