The Bevan Foundation's Trustees are responsible for the work that the organisation does, and the way in which it spends money  to achieve its aims.  Trustees are elected by the membership of the Foundation and serve a three year term.

 Foundation  Staff                                                   

The Foundation has a small team based at its office in Ebbw Vale. The staff are:

Victoria Winckler is Director of the Foundation. She joined the Foundation in 2002 from the Welsh Local Government Association where she was Head of Economic and Environmental Affairs. She has worked for many years in research and policy, including at Mid Glamorgan County Council and at the Social Research Unit at the University of Cardiff.

Daneka Norman is Marketing and Events officer. She joined the Bevan Foundation in May 2009, after graduating in History from Cardiff University and working in the hospitality industry.

Rachael Simmonds is Finance Officer. She joined the Bevan Foundation Foundation in March 2010 from a background working in a local authority.

James Radcliffe is currently working as Research Officer looking at how fuel poverty is affecting households in Wales. James joined the Foundation in March 2010 after completing a project on migrant workers for Shelter Cymru.

Lizzie Thomas is a Research Assistant. She joined the Foundation in March 2010 to begin a project on Philipstown nr. New Tredegar. She is now undertaking research into leisure services available for disabled children in Wales.
