This timely conference will take a detailed look at the nature of scrutiny and how it is being applied in Local Government, the National Assembly for Wales and for Wales at Westminster. With speakers to include Paul Flynn MP, David Davies MP and Carl Seargeant AM. The day will be chaired by Victoria Winckler, Director of the Bevan Foundation.
